Pre-school
Our pre-school sessions are designed to engage little gymnasts in learning activities for fundamental movement skills and the foundations of gymnastics. In our class the parent/guardian assists their little one to learn at each of the stations set out; our coaches will be there to guide you, if needed.
Our pre-school coach can also guide you and your little one to more structured activities, to develop more fundamental skills.
Friday mornings from 21st March 2025 - No British Gymnastics membership required for these classes where the child is assisted by their accompanying adult.

10:00 am until 10:45 am - drop in and pay on the door. £6

Saturday 12.15 pm - Independent sessions - children learn with the guidance of our coaches. the attending adult can stay upstairs to watch. Rolling Monthly fee of £30.40, paid in advance.

All children participating in Saturday independant sessions must be registered as a member of British Gymnastics
Recreational
From primary school age to 18 year olds

We are proud to offer a recreational program with a coach to gymnast ratio of 1:6, ensuring all gymnasts receive quality coaching.
We have groups available at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so there is something for everyone.
​
Our recreational classes are structured sessions working towards skills for beginner competitions and displays. These classes also work towards our own badge scheme.
​
All children participating must be registered as a member of British Gymnastics

Competitive
By invitation only

These sessions are for gymnasts who have been selected by our coaching team, based on their physical and psychological abilities.
​
The gymnasts in these groups show the potential to represent Upstarts Gymnastics at a county, regional or National level. For more information on our progression routes click here.
